Shipping Methods

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). But can also be shipped by UPS. All of our products are In-Stock, unless marked Sold Out. We Do Not Drop Ship. We also ship to International address's by International Mail.

All shipments to USA come with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance included.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can be determined by adding item(s) to your cart. And then selecting the "Estimate Shipping" button. Our system will then go live to the U.S. Postal Service and calculate the actual shipping cost for you based on the weight of the items currently in your cart.

Shipping Times

We do not ship on any day the U.S Postal Service is Closed. Any orders placed on days the U.S. Postal Service is closed will fall under the same guidelines as above in Shipping Methods.

This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors by the USPS. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

Shipping Returns

Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Refund of any shipping fees will only be provided if an item has been grossly misrepresented. Please contact us before you return any item. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. With DVD's and CD's. We guarantee our products to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it, within 30 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping via USPS within the USA. Please include your name address and explanation of the defect with all returns.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
